State Speech Team Results

The Anaconda Junior/Senior High School Speech Team competed at the state tournament last weekend at Huntley Project and came back with several high-place finishes. Loretta LaSalle, pictured front left, took 17th place in Mime; Amelia Clark took seventh in Memorized Public Address; Eva Murray took fourth place in Spontaneous Oral Interpretation; and pictured with coach Anne Calhoun, back left, and team members Royal Mace and Daylee Swanson are Zoe Hoscheid, who placed fourth in Dramatic Oral Interpretation, Brenna Clark, who took third in Spontaneous Oral Interpretation, and Kylie Clark, 12th place in Humorous Oral Interpretation, joined by coach Maggie Swanson and teammate Ada Calhoun.
