James Francis Kanduch

James Francis Kanduch, aged 82, passed away peacefully at Peace Hospice in Great Falls, MT on April 27, 2025.

Jim was the firstborn to Francis and Margaret (Clark) Kanduch of Opportunity, MT. He was born on October 9, 1942. He graduated from Anaconda High School. Jim worked as a long-haul trucker, but his passion was farming. He was looking forward to harvesting this year.

Jim found his perfect partner when he reacquainted himself with Mary Jean McGee “Midge.”  They spent many years together going to sporting events, rodeos, and enjoying life in Anaconda.

Jim was preceded in death by his parents and Midge. He is survived by his siblings, Karen (Hank) Scholz, Ed (Deb) Kanduch, and Teresa (Russ) Jones; daughter, Denise (Steve) Huber; three grandchildren, Stacia Enns, Breanna Merritt, and Tyler Huber; seven great- grandchildren; cousin, Rosemarie Silzly; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, and cousins; and aunt, Delores Clark.

There will be a celebration of life at Donivan’s Restaurant in Anaconda, MT on June 1, 2025, from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome.
